If love were liquid it would drown me,
In a placeless place would find me,
In a heart shape come around me and then,
Melt me slowly down,
If love were human it would know me,
In a lost space come and show me,
Hold me and control me and then,
Melt me slowly down,
Like chocolate.

the little story of 3 little angels. :)
This is a story of how 1 good turn leads to another. It's a really small story, involving jus 3 pple. But i think it is indeed an amazing feeling for sth like this to happen to myself, or anybody, in real life.
And so the story starts with me, this morning, thinking abt how freezing cold LT 5 would be when i would be taking my 3hr chem mock pp 3 later in the day. Remembering that tiq had forgotten to bring her jacket during the last maths mock pp (before which she had luckily found a jacket in the council room), i thought i'd jus send a reminder for her to bring it. :) And so i thought: that's that. nothing else.
However, i was proven wrong later in the day. Apparently tiq had more need of the jacket than i had expected. Not only did the jacket keep her warm during the mock pp (where she was sitting at the froz-zone, ie, bottom of the LT), it came in useful aft the pp cos the sky decided to pour some torrential rain. I'm not the kind to boast, but i jus felt really blessed and thankful to be able to help a friend so much (unexpectedly) with such a small gesture. :)
of cos, as i said earlier, the story involved 3 pple, so it can't possibly end here. Tiq had offered san some pizza jus aft the chem pp. San ate it up, left for the hostel, and aft that, tiq and i left sch as well. who'd thought that i would receive a msg from san later, saying that the hostel had run out of food, and the pizza had helped sustain her. :)
all this in the span of a day. the title of this post was an inspiration of what tiq said. abt how i was like a little angel to her today, with wands and what-nots. well, at least that's what i think she said. haha. but hey, tiq turned out to be a little angel herself to san! see, this is called "passing on the goodness!" :) so san ah, tell me if you become a little angel to someone else so that we can continue expanding this story. :)
of cos, anyone reading this is entitled to start their own 'little angel' stories. and share them with me if you like! :) have fun!

hmm...
i jus realised sth yesterday, aft open house. that the same 'phenomenon' at last year's open house has struck again this year. thought nth of it actually, but somehow fate or coincidence has its ways aft that. what can i say. haha.
guess i can only wonder. :p

Overdriven!
since 9pm yesterday till 3pm today, it's been a full 18 hours of non-stop dancing action! woots! first up was watching the hip-hop dance competition, Overdrive, with san at the explanade and boy, it was more than worth our $20 student price tickets. the dances were good, the music was loud and at the front row seat that we were, we definitely had a good close-up view of WADE ROBSON!! for the unenlightened, wade's this really HAWT internationally famous choreographer who's worked for Michael Jackson, Brit Spears & NSYNC and did i mention? he's damn HAWT!! :p watching him dance can really drive girls crazy. yea yea, i was gushing a lot over him also but not as bad alr...someone down our row in the middle almost hyperventilated. haha. :p but yes, he's THAT hot. love his dance moves. :)
as for today, it's the annual VJC open house!! :) ah, brings back a lot of memories from last year's council event. must say this year's theme was very strong and the junior council brought it out very well. so, i reached sch before the opening ceremony, in my SCGS uniform, much to shock of the juniors who knew me. hahah. the look on their face damn funny. i wasn't the only one tho, from the 22nds, shikin & tiq came in cedar and rgs uniform respectively, along with a few seniors from odac.
of cos, the seniors are back for only 1 main highlight: MASS DANCE!! and today alone, we danced 6 at the opening ceremony, 3 at each of the 2 showcase sessions, and 7 at the closing ceremony, which makes it a max 19 mass dances in a day for the seniors, like me, who were there since the opening ceremony. gosh, really shag until can die. haha. but it's worth it, esp when i finally can dance friendship dance with a good partner like daniel. very rare to find a good guy to dance with since they all disappear mysteriously once the music starts. haha. :) :)
that's it for now. still recovering from the mass dances. head feels heavy. haha. :p

viva la vivo!
jus returned from exploring vivocity, which in case you didn't know, is the next shopping centre to have its grand opening on 1st dec '06. anyway, it's really HUGE. LIKE VERY HUGE. it's bigger than the whole of suntec put together, and has twice the number of shops (300) than ngee ann city. go figure. haha.
quite a cool place, somewhat like marina square, esplanade and paragon all crashed together but still distinctively different. plus, you might jus find your fav shop that has moved from elsewhere...here! marche, probably from HMV, is in there, together with a haagen daz ice-cream shop that might have moved from tangs orchard. there's plenty of high-end shopping around here also. like even though there's only about 40% of the shops open now, the shop listing is enough to drive you crazy. provided you're a shoppaholic. haha. :p
besides the shopping, vivocity's got a sky park and a pretty funky kid's playground. on the outside facing sentosa island is somewhat like the esplanade front where you can walk along the side of the river and enjoy the breeze. quite a few art sculptures around to look at and take photo with too. heh. :) and cos today's the 1st day it's open to public, the mall hired some part-time folks to dress up in police & other funny characters to guide pple around. they even had pple on those cool 2-wheel moving 'scooters'. dunno what they're actually called so check it out for yourself when you go there lah. haha.
jus realised that this post has been like some advertisement for vivocity but oh what the heck. good places are good stuff to share. esp when it's SO near my home. hee hee. anyone going down can call me along ah! :p

shopping 101
went out shopping with my buddy today, and watched miami vice as well. the movie was, well, a bit graphical on the violent side, peppered with a few erotic scenes. i'm surprised it's rated NC16. lol. maybe i'm conservative or sth lah.
was walking down orchard road, lo & behold we meet my daddy! apparently he knocked off from work early and was down at orchard to go to the handphone shop. and as if it wasn't shocking enough to meet him along the road, we met him again when we took a bus from orchard to somerset and he sat directly opposite us on the facing seats on the bus!! like, omg. O.o haha.
anyway, that being said, this is probably the last of my buddy-buddy outings from now till aft the A levels. it's always always very very fun to go out with me buddy. hai. gotta wait till a long long time before we can go out and have fun again. blah.
